Orders are posted out within 5 business days of a order being placed

Our preferred method of shipping is with Sendle. We prefer this service based on their track record of delivery times, their reimbursement policy if something goes wrong and their local customer service. Sendle standard delivery is estimated between 3-5 business days.
Australia post has had significant delivery delays through the Covid pandemic and is generally only used by us if Express Post is requested and paid for. We cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur.
International shipping can take up to 45 business days to be received, for any international orders please email us to get an estimate of delivery time.
How do i get my order?
Once your order is dispatched from us you will receive email and or text message updates of estimated arrival and updates to your order, you can then track your order through the link to their website.
*Please note to minimise contact we give authority for parcels to be left without signature. Please let us know ASAP of any particular delivery instructions or if you would prefer to collect your parcel from a delivery hub or require signature on delivery.
What to do if your order is received broken?
Unfortunately from time to time breakages can happen and i can tell you its as devastating for me as it would be for you.
If your product arrives broken please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and as many images as you can of the broken product, the box (whether dented or not), the packaging and the shipping label attached to the box.
We will then contact the shipping supplier to organise reimbursement on our end to then be able to replace or refund your order.
*Please be advised that any refunds are at the discretion of Moist Planties as stated in our purchase policy.
For any issues with your order and delivery we deeply appreciate your cooperation and ask that you get in contact as soon as possible before discarding any product or packaging which is required on our end for a claim to be made.
*Any orders returned to us with incorrect address or not collected in time from a delivery point will require additional postage costs payable by the customer.
